The Right Image
So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. - Genesis 1:27
Here’s a heart-breaking truth: More than half of girls today are unhappy with their image. They believe the lie that they’re not good enough. And it’s a crippling one. The Bible, though, teaches that we’re made in God’s image (Genesis 1:27). This means you mirror God! Your Creator is beautiful and glorious, and since you’re made in His image, so are you!
Don’t believe the lie that you’re not good enough. Instead, embrace the amazing truth about yourself: You are beautiful and glorious, made in the very image of your Creator.
You’re made in God’s image—what’s incredible about that truth?
Jesus, help me remember who I am and whose I am—Your girl! Made in Your image, I am beautiful and glorious, like You!
