Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” - John 14:6

A famous Christian was once asked, “Do you believe that Jesus is the only way to heaven? You know how mad that makes people!” In her answer, she said that Jesus didn’t leave anyone out: “Jesus died so that anyone could come to Him for salvation.”

What a great response! Christianity is not limited to a special group of a few people. It is for everyone—no matter what color or country or anything.

Yes, Jesus did claim in John 14:6 that He is the only way to God. That’s because are all guilty before God—we are all helpless sinners. Our sin had to be dealt with. And only Jesus’s death on the cross and His resurrection could pay the penalty for our sins. No other religious leader offers what Jesus provides in His victory over sin and death.

This is open to everyone in the world! Nobody is excluded from Jesus’s free offer to save us.

Everybody needs Jesus! And everybody can have salvation through faith in what Jesus did for us when He died as our substitute and rose to life to show His power over death.
